A FREE 3 year system guarantee on the OSRAM QUICKTRONIC® ECG used in POWERBOSS Eluma luminaires.
To demonstrate OSRAM and POWERBOSS's commitment to the quality and reliability of their products OSRAM now offers an extensive 3 year guarantee for its ECG.
OSRAM QUICKTRONIC® ECGs and OSRAM DULUX® L compact fluorescent lamps are used together in POWERBOSS luminaires and OSRAM offers a full 3 year guarantee on QUICKTRONIC® electronic control gear. OSRAM DULUX® L compact fluorescent lamps and QUICKTRONIC® -the state-of-the-art lighting solution.
The 3-year Guarantee covers electronic control gear operated according to OSRAM specifications. In the event of any defects, OSRAM will, free of charge, repair or replace or provide a credit note for electronic control gear that has demonstrably failed during the respective guarantee period owing to a material or manufacturer's fault.
OSRAM reserves the right to make the final decision on the validity of any guarantee claim. Therefore it is necessary to return the defective control gear.
